When can I expect exam information to be sent to my email?

You can expect exam information (i.e. exam name, Canvas password, or PDF for paper-based exams) to arrive in your email inbox** at the opening day/time specified by the professor in the Test Centers dashboard.  Requests to have information sent earlier than the date the exam opens should be submitted to testcenterhelp@iastate.edu.
