I’m getting an error on RegisterBlast. What do I do?

There may be multiple reasons why you are getting an error. Please see the recommendations below on how to troubleshoot the issue before submitting a ticket with the Testing Center:

  • Make sure your browser is a current version of modern browser. Some common browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Opera. NOTE: Safari will not work with Canvas and RB.
  • Delete your cookies and refresh your browser and try again
  • Clear your cache and refresh your browser and try again
  • Try another browser and try again
  • Try to register on another device

If you are using an iOS device such as a Macbook, iPad, iPhone and/or are using Safari, Registerblast may not work appropriately for you.  We recommend using a windows device when using RegisterBlast.  You may also wish to download the Canvas App from the app store.  Students have found success in registering via the Canvas App.
